A variety chicken dish which can be prepared very easily.
Ingredients
Bone less chicken cut in to very small dices – 1 cup
Shallots sliced – ½ cup
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp or as required
Salt – ¾ tsp
Oil – 1 ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 2 or 3 stalks
Lime juice - optional
Method
Heat a non-stick pan and add oil, chicken dices, and sliced
shallots. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Then
add pepper powder, curry leaves, and salt.
Stir every now and then till it becomes brown and crispy. It takes almost 10 minutes. If you want you can add lime juice while serving.
