MIXED VEGETABLE RAITA


INGREDIENTS

Fresh curd:  2 cups
Chopped carrot:  quarter cup
Chopped tomato:  quarter cup
Chopped salad cucumber:  quarter cup
Chopped onion:  quarter cup
Chopped green chilly:  2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves:  1 tbsp
Salt:  as per the taste

METHOD

Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.  Your vegetable raita is ready.  You can add any fresh vegetable as per your choice.
